i havent seen my daughter in 3 yrs completly devestating! she is nalmost 16 and rarely has any contact with me i have to be the one to constantly call her on his phone to remind her that i am her mom and i lve her …i will always be here for her!! The custody battle was one of the worst experiences i gone thru,,, my ex and made me out to be the worst mother in the entire world..but children services indicated there were no findings..also the court apointed phycologist indicated that my child was brainwashed..however they allowed my child to stay with her father because thats were she wanted to live ! It sickens me to know that the judicial system allows situations like this everyday in out court…

Thats whats happening to me, right now, Im having a hell of a time, with bent judicial system, social workers etc and my kids wont even get given the chance to see a physocologist, the blooming judge wont do it! and theres evidence that this is going on that Social Services left out of there Section 37 report to the court, and SS recommend the kids reside with him,. IT MAKES ME SICK ALSO! Im with you, and i understand!
