Play therapy is where it's at. It allows the child to be in a comfortable environment that doesn't seem like counseling.

Unfortunately court system I'm dealing with has denied me the opportunity to take my child into therapy...

But for those that use Play Therapy, what are you experiences?

What is play therapy?
APT defines play therapy as "the systematic use of a theoretical model to establish an interpersonal process wherein trained play therapists use the therapeutic powers of play to help clients prevent or resolve psychosocial difficulties and achieve optimal growth and development."
